This is the brand design for the social media management agency Empire Digital. I designed the logo, brand kit, social media templates, and style guide, aiming for a visual identity that conveyed confidence and simplicity.

For this rebrand, the client wanted a more masculine look, while still maintaining an elegant feeling. Their previous branding had a black and white aesthetic, so I kept with that theme and built a moodboard including pops of red, bold text, and abstract lines.

These are some variations of potential logos. The client is a New York native and wanted to emulate that “New York energy” in their new branding. I went online to see how others describe that energy and one person said, “It has a distinct creative buzz, like when you step foot into a strong flowing river, you can feel it.” This sentence was the basis for my final logo: an object being surrounded or flowed over to express the many-layered experiences of living in the city.
